What is the disaster recovery procedure for AccountEdge Hosted

Our service provider takes weekly full and daily incremental backups. These backups run each night and during a disaster scenario, the provider will be able to assist in recovering your backup.

However, it is important to maintain your own backups of your AccountEdge data as well as any other personal files treating your cloud desktop as your own PC. You can use backup methods built into AccountEdge and store your backups remotely. We recommend using Dropbox as well as keeping a local copy of your accounting backup on your local PC or Mac.
