AccountEdge Mobile Missing Cards / Transactions

Some customers have reported either missing customer cards, items or sale transactions when using AccountEdge Mobile. The cause seems to be the use of typographers' quotes in customer cards, and therefore sale transactions. Typographers' quotes are the curly single or double-quotes used in some documents. They differ from typical single- or double-quotes, which are straight. The typographers' quotes are probably entered into the card file and item list by copying and pasting data.

Our developers are looking into the issue and hoping to address it in a future release. In the meantime, it's best to avoid the usage of typographers' quotes.
