Favorites Menu
Background
Beginning with AccountEdge 2012, AccountEdge has a sidebar feature that has quick links to Recently Viewed windows inside of AccountEdge, Windows that you've marked as Favorites in AccountEdge, and also links out to the Help Center.
Adding an Item to Favorites
There are two ways to add an item to your Favorites bar:
Option 1
- Open a window you'd like to add to Favorites (such as "Bank Register")
- Select Window from the menu bar at the top of the screen and choose "Add to Favorites" from the drop down.
Option 2 (Mac Only)
Open a window you'd like to add to Favorites (such as "Spend Money") and then enter the key command Command + Shift + A.
Removing an Item from Favorites
To remove an item from Favorites select it from the Favorites list on the right hand side of the screen and then choose Edit > Delete Favorite from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
