Product Version Information

In order to determine the version of AccountEdge software you're using:

Windows Users

  1. Go to the top menu bar and select Help.
  2. Choose About AccountEdge from the menu

Mac Users

  1. Go to the top menu bar and select AccountEdge (or AccountEdge NE).
  2. Choose About AccountEdge from the menu.

If you want to know if you have the most current release, click Check for Product Updates from the same menu.

***Please note that the Check for Product Updates button will only check to see if there are updates to your current version, but there may be a new version of AccountEdge. For example if you have AccountEdge 2018 and you Check for Product Updates it will only check for updates to the 2018 version of AccountEdge, it will not install AccountEdge 2019.
