Log into the AccountEdge My Account Page

On our website,, you can login to purchase new versions of the software or support plans. You can download older versions of the software you've already purchased. You can update pertinent information such as your address or Credit Card number and you can also see past purchases.

Altneratively you can go to and click on where it says Login in the upper right corner.

If you have trouble logging into your account page there are several possible causes, the most common of which is saved cookie and cache data.

There are two ways to resolve this issue:

  1. Use a Web Browser that you would not normally use (ie: if you use Safari you can try using Google Chrome)
  2. You can clear the cookie and cache data related to Netsuite which could be causing this issue.
