Check the Status of a Forte Credit Card Transaction

To see if a credit card transaction has successfully processed through AccountEdge using Forte's services, users can go to the Payments Gateway. Click on Merchant Login, and enter Merchant ID, User Name, and Password. Once you enter this information, the next screen that you will see will be the virtual terminal. On the left hand side of the screen you will see CC Reports. Click on Batch Detail and select a date range. The 'from' date can be today’s date and the 'to' date should always be tomorrow’s date. This will show all the transactions that went through the gateway and were successfully charged.

Note: Do not authorize transactions through the virtual terminal, because they will not show up in AccountEdge.
