Shopify Customer Card Preference

In the AccountEdge Pro Web Store Setup menu (Setup > Web Store Setup > Selling Details) you have the option to create a unique customer card with the customer information from each Shopify Order or assign all Shopify Web Orders to one customer card file entry in your AccountEdge Pro Card List. If all information is the same on orders from returning customers, subsequent oders will be assigned to the same unique customer card in AccountEdge Pro. In addition, you can assign web orders without a card to a Customer Card of your choice.

The Shopify list of customers in your store before linking AccountEdge is not synced to AccountEdge Pro. If you select the first option, information from Shopify customer cards will be synced to AccountEdge Pro when the customer actually makes a purchase.
