Shopify Log Files

Information about the sync between Shopify and AccountEdge is recorded in a log file. The Shopify Log file will contain every order (successful and unsuccessful), payment, refund and order customer information, synced to AccountEdge from Shopify.

Log files are maintained in the Shopify Logs folder (Support Folder (Custom Forms Folder) > Shopify Logs > [User ID]), and the file names will correspond to the date and time of the sync.

For easy access to the log file(s), click the View Shopify Logs button in the AccountEdge Setup > Web Store > Store Details window.
