Shopify Sync Status

We understand that the integration over the past several months has not been predictably stable and it’s even possible the connection to your store has stopped working. We apologize for that instability. Unfortunately, Shopify has made a decision to stop supporting desktop applications like AccountEdge, but we are working on a solution that integrates AccountEdge Pro with Shopify via a single-purpose online app. We do not have a release date as of yet, but we’re hopeful to complete the work by end of the year. We will share updates on our progress.
