Online Error Notification

Could not connect to the Online Error Notification system...

The company file is set up to do Electronic Direct Deposit or Vendor Payment transactions. And, the preference is set to Check for Online Error Notification when AccountEdge is Launched. The error message originates when the Forte Payment Systems (formally known as ACH Direct) server cannot be contacted, or the account is not configured correctly. If the latter is correct, the server or network may be down, or otherwise unreachable.

This preference is set in Setup > Electronic Payments. Check for Online Error Notification when AccountEdge is Launched. Check to turn on; uncheck to turn off.
