  • What versions of QuickBooks can be converted?

    You can migrate your data from the following QuickBooks versions, US and Canada – 2018 and later:

    *QuickBooks for Mac will need to be converted into a Windows-compatible backup (.QBB format). MMC will provide detailed step-by-step instructions with screenshots to ensure a smooth conversion.

  • Whats my conversion date?

    Your conversion start date is defined based on the historical date selected by you rather than the order date. This can vary depending on your requirements, such as:
    – The inception date of the company file
    – The start of any financial year (e.g., 1–2 years prior or earlier)
    – Any other custom historical cutoff date that may be requested

  • How long will this take?

    Typical migrations take around 5 business days from when MMC Convert begins their work.

  • What should I do before I convert my data?

    This is a great opportunity to clean up your accounting data – reconcile accounts and remove unwanted customers, vendors, and items.

  • What should i do after I convert my data?

    When you receive your AccountEdge file, review your data and make sure it matches. For migrations that are less than 5 days it is suggested that you manually enter any transactions that occured when your data was being migrated. If your migration took longer than 5 days, there is a delta migration that can bring over the transactions during that time. This would typically happen over a weekend and pricing starts at $100.

  • When is payment due?

    Payment for the migration is due at the time of your submitted order.
