AccountEdge Pro and AccountEdge Network Edition can both be installed on multiple computers with the purchase of additional workstation licenses. However, only AccountEdge Network Edition enables simultaneous user access to a file.

Our optional cloud-based companion tool can also act like an additional workstation license for some users. If you have team members that need to enter key transactions and track time they can utilize AccountEdge Connect to do that from any web-enabled device. Plans start at $15/month.
Pricing
Additional workstation licenses enable you to install AccountEdge Pro on multiple computers (a home computer for example), and with AccountEdge Network Edition you can have simultaneous user access to the same file.
